AIRDASH
About AIRDASH

Built for the people who move what can't wait

AIRDASH is the operating system for on-board courier teams - the people who put urgent shipments in a courier's hands and on the next flight out.

Our mission

Give every on-board courier operation the speed of a control tower and the calm of a checklist.

Hand-carry logistics is one of the most time-critical jobs in freight, yet most of it still runs on email, spreadsheets and phone calls. We're building the tools operators deserve. Built in India, for teams moving shipments worldwide.

Run on inboxes and chat groups

Requests arrive by email at any hour. Flights are checked in one tab, couriers are found in a chat group, quotes live in a spreadsheet.

Where every minute counts

A part that stops a production line or a sample that must arrive cold doesn't wait for a reply-all thread to settle.

So we put it in one place

Intake, planning, quoting, dispatch, approvals, tracking and handovers - one shared picture of every mission, for every shift.

Principles

What we won't compromise on

The rules we hold ourselves to when we design every screen, workflow and automation in AIRDASH.

01

Speed with certainty

Fast is only useful if it is right. We build for answers you can act on, not guesses you have to double-check.

02

Humans in the loop for AI

AI reads, drafts and suggests. People review and decide. Automation should earn an operator's trust, not assume it.

03

Every action auditable

Who changed what, when, and why - recorded by default, so disputes are settled with facts instead of memory.

04

Built for operators

Designed around the night shift, the handover and the 3am re-route - not around a demo script.
